Добро пожаловать в наш магазин!

2025 is the year of smart wearables, but I have some bad news, you still need to put in the work.

Sales on smart wearables is on the rise, but you should be choosing a device that helps you put in the work, but yes, ok, looks do count too.

If you don’t already own a smart watch, I’m pretty sure you have heard about them.

They are everywhere, cool looking to wear to that next red-carpet event and tough enough to hit the weights in the gym. Tracking everything from steps, heart rate, sleep and activities.  Not to mention keeps you constantly connected to never miss your friend’s message or a call from the spouse.

Now we can even get all this from a wearable ring device too.

But let’s get real for a minute, how many of us are using all this scientific and life improving data…. I’d predict not as many as we would think.

So where are these so-called smart devices going wrong?

Tracking Overall Wellbeing

Well-being is the buzz word of 2025. We are striving to live healthier lives, longer lives, and gain insights into the latest scientific ways to be young longer. We are chasing that new workout that is all the buzz, trying new cleanses, Filling up on Protein rich foods.

But is all this actually helping you improve your wellbeing?  Have you tracked results? Have you stayed consistent enough for those results to be counted as effective or not?  I’d hazard a guess and say, probably not.  And hey I get it… we are all becoming time poor in this modern age.  We don’t have time to remember all these details and wait for results. We are wanting it now.

So how do we smarten up and get results?

Knowing your goals

Well firstly, know your goal.  Seems simple right. I want to be thinner.

Why? Because my clothes don’t fit as well.

Why is that important? Well, I feel little uncomfortable when clothes are like this.

Ok, So why do you feel uncomfortable? I think it makes me feel less confident when I go out.

I think you see where this is going yes?  Setting your goal is but knowing your WHY.  To know your why, use a method called the 5 whys.  Go deep, it’s only you question yourself. But if you can really get to that core and fully formed why, you will have your solid goal. A goal so formed that you will now chase it each and every day with full commitment.

Start focussing on balance

Now if we start chasing that goal and changing everything. There is a very good chance it will fail. Trust me. Too much change becomes a stress and we humans like consistency.  So keep it simple.

A great way to start is balance.  Some activities create load and stress on our bodies; others provide recovery and repair. So look to pair them up and balance it out.

Heading on a along run after work? Then have a good veggie rich mean after and hydrate well.

Had a long stressful day stuck at the desk?  Then look to get outside for a fresh air walk and clear the mind or possible a good yoga session at the club.

Getting of a long-haul flight for a business trip?  Then get out for a sunny stroll and healthy snack to fire up the body’s metabolism.

Aiming for that balance and understanding these will make it way easier to be consistent.

Consistency gets results.

The consistency game is always the winner.

Now that you have your goal and that motivation is fired you up.  You can utilize that smart watch better. How is that sleep looking, how’s the daily step and activity level. How’s the water intake and healthy snacks.   Great that’s your recovery meter looking healthy.

But now lets look on the flip side of this balance meter.

Are we keeping the stress in check.  Are we getting in a variety of exercise activities to get us of our butts and moving with purpose?  If we don’t move, we become stuck.

Drop a message and let us know your balance pair?

Next time we will discuss how to build your best workout routine that is guaranteed to work for you.
