We hope you love your AURAFIT purchase! But if you're not 100% satisfied, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.
🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the item is shipped.
Please note:

Changes may cause a slight shipping delay.

We cannot modify or cancel special/custom orders or orders that have already been shipped.

If your order has shipped, you may return it after delivery following the return process below.
📅 Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
Exchanges are accepted based on availability and must be for items of equal value.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that:

Show signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Are missing parts (manuals, accessories, etc.).

Have visible scuffs, marks, or cosmetic defects.

Include free gifts or promotional items.
🔁 Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team with the following details:

Proof of purchase

Photo or video if the item is faulty

Contact phone number
Once confirmed, follow the steps below:

Contact AURAFIT's customer service at service@aurafit.ai to receive the return address or a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Provide your order number and reason for return.

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

After shipping, email us your return tracking number.
AURAFIT will process your refund within three business days after receiving your return.
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
💳 Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, etc.).

Defective items: full refund including shipping.

Non-defective items: refund issued minus original shipping & handling fees.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

For items with manufacturing defects: AURAFIT will cover up to $10 USD in return shipping costs. Contact us for a prepaid label.

For non-defective items: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing insurance for items over $39, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Do not write your address on the package. This may cause return delays.

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with complete packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for immediate assistance.

Please double-check the items you return. AURAFIT is not responsible for non-AURAFIT products sent back in error.
