🛡️ AURAFIT Warranty Policy

✅ Warranty Process

To submit a warranty claim, please ensure the following:

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.

  • A clear description of the defect is required.

  • If there is physical damage, visible evidence (e.g., photos) and the item’s serial number (if applicable) must be submitted.

  • In some cases, the item may need to be returned for quality inspection.

 


 

📄 Valid Proof of Purchase Includes:

  • Order number from a purchase made through AURAFIT authorized resellers.

  • Sales invoice or dated sales receipt.

Note: Multiple forms of proof (e.g., payment confirmation + shipping address) may be required to validate a warranty claim.

 


 

🚚 Shipping Costs Must Be Covered by the Buyer When:

  • Returning items for reasons other than a confirmed product defect.

  • Filing warranty claims for products used or taken outside the original country of purchase.

  • Returning items that are later deemed fully functional by AURAFIT’s quality control team.

  • Returning defective items via international shipping.

  • Sending unauthorized returns (those not approved through the warranty process).

 


 

🔧 What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.

If a replacement is issued, the original product or part becomes the property of AURAFIT and will not be returned.
If service is required after the warranty has expired, the customer will be responsible for any parts and labor costs.
Warranty coverage ends if the product is resold or transferred.

 


 

❌ Not Covered Under Warranty

  • Products without valid proof of purchase

  • Lost or stolen products

  • Products beyond the warranty period

  • Issues not related to product quality

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Third-party repairs

  • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., drops, water, heat, misuse)

  • Purchases made from unauthorized resellers

  • Compatibility issues from third-party system installations

  • NAS products altered with unofficial software or systems

  • Data loss resulting from product use

  • Personal items mistakenly sent to AURAFIT
